Old House, New "Skin"

Got my house painted for Chinese New Year..Me n my sis have been saying to have this done for years and its finally done...It took the two professional painter a WEEK to finish painting my "mansion"...Still do not know the cost of the makeover yet though...One thing for sure..Its gona burn a hole in my pocket.. :(

over the years i have been hangat hangat tahi for quite a number of times...so i went for many many different classess hope to gain extra knowledge...but none of them actually work out..hohohoho

Since last week, i have started to attend this beads class at tmn megah..taught by my lovely cousin sis....together wif sista we have successfully attended the intensive classes tat our teacher (cousin) has arranged for us...we have learned to do different types of styles in doin a jewellery with beads....phew...was such a great sense of achievement deeply felt....

although the hasil seni done by me wasnt tat nice as well as great....but they are done by me..by my own hands leh...haha....the feeling is jus like...ur our babies..no matter how un-cute...un-chubby...un-adorable n etc...you will still feel tat they are wonderful....so the same goes to my little babies...kekekekeke

A day out

07 December 2007, Friday: Sleepy, Kan Cheong, Happi and Dissapointed

today i woke up kinda early if compared to other weekdays....but quite late as my fren has confirmed with me tat he will be start picking ppl from 3pm..hence, like usual i was left with no time to choose on what to wear....ambik and put on...

all the way thru to the curve i was very kan cheong n curious on how does the snow look like...not very very kan cheong lah...but looking forward ni...and i oso think of whether will it makes all of us love the joy tat it bring us to the day of christmas....

we reached there abt 15 min or 30 min b4 the show 'the golden compass'...so all kejar masa buy ticket ah drinks ah n etc er...advertisement makan-ed abt half an hours..but takper ler...situation were kinda chaotic..jus like pasar malam...cos all of us..(i dun mean my frens n i only)..include other audiences..were buzy chatting.....phew~..soon the show starts....kinda nice ler..something like LOTR er....till the end ni i realised.....there is no ending...to be continued punya....aiseh....

the show ended abt 7 sumthing i guess....so after went to the restroom..we moved forward to the location whereby 'snow' suppose to fall....kan cheong-ly we waited n waited...tot apa apa bombastic gonna happen...dim chee......the snow is oni some sabun i guesss.... -_-'

see edi mang chang..so decided to have our dinner..n forget abt the 'snow' that suppose attracts our attention....mr. mah who was given the honour to choose wat to wat cudnt make up his mind wat to have....hmmm, perhaps is a side effect tat gals nowadays too authocratic????so at last he came up wif 2 options:secret recipe and tgiF....i chose tgiF lo....cos i MISS the mashed potatoes....

ordered sum chicken n shrimps with sum veges lo...with MASHED POTATOES...dim chee when it comes, is french fries.....aiseh......potong steam ah.....ppl purposely go in for the mashed potatoes...n i guess too many customers or wat..all the dishes came..were kinda cold..n taste yucky.....so we said ler...NO MORE tgiF.....

before heading home....we snapped some photos with li von's camera.....since av1 said that my camera is an antique...i leaved it in li von's hand bag lo..kekekek

haih, then we spent abt 45 minutes 'yau che hor' in mr mah's car...he brought us tau here tau there (he duno the road)...but the Reason or excuse given was...so he can see us longer....and we saw BATU CAVES.....imagine...from the Curve..we sesat till Batu Caves...and when i told mr mah that he is heading to the wrong direction...the direction tat he went is to genting...he dengan superb sure say (i 200 % sure...this is ngam)....till my dear dear say ( i guess really wrong jor)..then ni we patah balik.....haih haih.....but anyway....is a great 'yau che hor' la...apart from when mr. mah's car abit duwan move hak sei us...

in a nutshell, it was a great day!!!!!

26-November-2007 @ monday: a busy, happi and wonderful day, noon and evening

much consideration have been made by me n jas on where to celebrate huai mee and li von's 22nd birthday...the price, location, willingness to pay and etc were our main concern...however, after some discussion with the siblings at home, we have decided to celebrate it in jogoya since they are doin this 50 % discount for female ONLY...

the 1st impression the main entrance gave me was that ...'yau kam chap meh'?? cos really people mountain people sea...the quee is so so so so the long...lucky we made our reservation a day or so earlier...



however, situation inside pun chaotic....i see edi feel wanna pengsan...ppl like me who is so so so lazy to walk..will have to tour around the rest to see if there is any nice food...




















knowing that we spent more than 44 and some shares on both the birthday gal's behalf on the bill...we have decided to take things that is mahal mahal de...so even we have a little portion, but still it worth the price...

then we go for abalone lo...in fact i have already took i guess 1/4 full of the plate (edi feel abit over..cos ppl macam stare stare on u edi)....a GOOD fren of mine told me tat she wanna eat abalone..keep ask me take more take more...so i take more more lo...(almost whole plate of abalone)...but it doesnt taste nice for me..so i oni have one...n my fren kena gastric, so whole plate takde human eat- other food dunid mention er..cos cudnt even remember their namess..

sum1 told me tat the c-o-c-o-n-u-t air there is very nice....so each of us has one...kinda nice er...we took alot of pic with it pun...hohoho....

Terry Fox Marathon..

On 4th Nov, I did something gd!!!...I went for the Terry Fox Marathon..Purpose - Charity..For more information on this..kindly refer to http://www.dfait-maeci.gc.ca/kualalumpur/terry-fox-run-en.asp I was glad that I manage to do ONE charitable activity before the end of 2007..At least it dint went by meaninglessly..Haha..So i decided to add this into my 2008 Resolution...DO MORE CHARITY..for MYSELF..and hopefully sometimes for the others..haha..

Down Down Down!!! ~ Part 4

The night at Mount Kinabalu was all "fun"..We all fell asleep at around 10 pm..Though fei lou insist that he was not sleepy and was worry that he couldnt get to sleep soo early...We were told by our guide to wake bout 1 am to check whether the "weather" would be in good enough condition for us to continue our journey...Not sure who actually woke to check...I was half hibernating throughout the freezing nite....The wind was so strong...We were soo worried that the hut couldnt last...It sounded like it was goin to be blown apart..But the long, cold and terrifying nite ended anyway..We woke up about 7 or 8 in the morning...Took turns to brush our teeth with hot boiling water..CT and Kit went up to the resthouse to check out and got us breakfast...Kit has another important task on hand..Which is to take pics of the notice posted to inform all climbers bout the weather..We need that to prove that its not our stamina which has restricted us to reach the peak..Its the weather...!!!!!!

After having our breakfast...we start our journey down....!!! (Jer Lin..If you see this..This is why I brought such a big bag...haha)

We did not spent as much time taking pictures throughout the journey down..But manage to "shoot" some exciting videos...!! my cross cultural assignment

phew~ another semester has just passed...i hv handed up my introduction as well as lit review..currently waiting for the lecturer to call me for Intensive care unit admission...

fighting over the desire to have a good nite sleep...spent most the time on the assignments day n nites bek...the matter of whether or not the sacrisfaction gave is baloi anot now depends on hows the grade given lor..

on the 27th, we have performed our cross cultural stage play...though ke-le-feh-ing around was an easy job...but the play gave me tonnes of ilmu pun... i have learnt how to coordinate with people of different personality as well as perspective on things...i have learnt how to adapt and be prepared for unforseen circumstances... i have learnt tat ..there are times that frustration would bring no helps when action nid to be taken to make sumthing a success...bla bla bla n bla...

lastly, even though i did not learn much from the 'lecture' given in the cross cultural class..however, from the play itself, i have bonded stronger with my helpful and goodie frens..n i guess tat is wat make all the effort, sweat, energy and time spent and given worthwhile....

by the way, i miss the kimono ler...

A Night 3000 metres above sea level..~Part 3

After the dinner, we started to take turns changing into clean, dry and warm clothes (we were drenched)..Me n nick was able to take a quick shower (no shampoo @ soap involved )..There were still luke warm water...But halfway through, it became icy cold..As soon as all of us get into nice clean clothes, we start our journey down ...DOWN TO OUR HUT!! A great lesson learn..Must book the Laban Rata Resthouse..Though its oni bout 10 to 20 metres apart..But having to walk in total darkness and with the strong wind ..It was a tough time..But the guys lagi kesian..They kena become part time porter coz our porter off duty liao..After sometime struggling...Make noise here n there a bit..We manage to make it to the hut...We started the "Deep Heat Lotion" session...And Siang was busy blowing dry all his "assets" with my hair dryer..Like his jacket,beanie, gloves and etc...hehe..The hair dryer was initially for me to blow my hair after bath..BUT we DID NOT take bath..So no need to dry my hair lo...This is what nature can do to you...Its my life motto.."If you cant beat them, join them"..So when you are in the jungle..act like a jungleman..or lady....Some before and after picture available below... Take a good look at our shoes...I think that is the most noticeable difference from these two pic..Mayb too far liao.. Cant really see the difference on how our faces look like...

Finally..!! Laban Rata!! ~ Part 2

My previous trip with the girls was said to have break the Kinabalu Park record of being the slowest..We took 8 hours!! to reach Laban Rata via the Timpohan trail which is shorter and weather was better..(but truthfully, I think we did a great job!! At least we manage to have everyone up there)..This time..We took a total of 9 hours.. I would say we did a great job too!!..Since its a considerably longer trail..Plus the weather was terrible...Well said by "fei lou"..."Towards the end..It was all our mental strength which bring us up"..At least it was for me..Dint really know what happen then...Wind was too strong..Oxygen level too low..Not enough for my healthy little brain...Could hav jus black out at any moment while walking...Nick was having a much harder time..She was freezing..By time we reach the rest house she was shivering all over...Scare me to death...!!! Knowingly that the weather will be bad..Our guide has given an early "hint" that we might not be able to continue our journey up the peak next morning...But it all depends on the weather...So after some exciting moment tryin to "warm up" nick, settling down with the weather and get some oxygen into my brain..We had our scrumptious dinner..*Fried Rice*..I had tomyam soup as well..which I think its nice compare to a lot of places in town...I mean its 3000 metres above sea level ..So I would say its super nice..Too bad..Dint remember to grab a picture of it...The next time I ever wanna go up again..I will remember to order and take a pic...('@')

My 2nd trip up Mount Kinabalu...~Part 1

On the 29th Sep..I went for my 2nd trip up Mount Kinabalu...My 1st was with the girls last year..This time round is with the Utarians...More boys less girls..Our days starts at 4 am as promised with the driver we initially engaged...Cheap and Convenient...Though our schedule went off slightly..We managed to get ready bout 430 am.. Went down to the lobby and found no one waiting..Felt anxious n irrirated..We start to call the driver but to no avail..We got ourselves another driver at a higher price but u cant complain at a time like tat...Bout 5+, we start our journey to the Kinabalu Park...Reach there bout 7 am..Registration..Toilet going ceremony and here we go ....!! Choice of trail ; the Mesilau trail up and Timpohan trail down...During the 1st 3 km was a breeze...Nice scenery...Mostly track downhill....So it was somehow a piece of cake...Compare to the later of the journey....

Still look pretty good at the 4thKM!!!..But by the 5th km..The wind was sooo strong..We can hardly walk up straight...

No nice picture was taken after the 5th km..No one has the mood and was in good enough condition to take pic....Below is the last group picture took...After that, we dont really remember wat happened....This 5th km is a different 5thkm from the picture above...This is the Timpohan trail's 5th..Its our 6th or 7th km !!

many days, months..wasnt sure if i cud say years..being closely with 'u'..ur words today does really hurt me deeply...tears drop like nigara fallss(exagerrating)...i nvr expect that u wud have such a mindset on me...it doesnt only degrade to those u meant as a (d**), but it degraded me as well...i respect different ppl have different mindset..but i jus couldnt believe..sum1 whom i trusted n closely connected wif for such a time...could gave me such a feedback...u r like stabbing my heart with a sharp sharp knife..u squeeze it n make sure my heart got hancuhsss....

Piss off !!

I am sooo soo sooo sooo piss off...doin the work that i am currently doin..i have to coordinate between projects in the departments..(specific names are not mention as this may caused copyright issues or breach of some law which i am not aware of)..one of the tasks would be to "assist" to send out reminder to some staffs to update some tool...tricky part...we also cc their boss..so some kan cheong pm...came back and say i din check properly la...they kau tim jor..i still send reminder..make their impression in front boss tarak...if soo easy tarak...then shd really re-evaluate their job performance kan...say i shd double check b4 i send..they hor duno hor they paling paling handle 5 to 6 projects..u are talking bout more than 50 staff here....and some more than 1 project..wan ppl check..say i din concern bout them..wah liew...oready say is reminder means is to remind lo...sudah do..mah gd lo..haven mah do lo..so difficult meh..oready sit tat post..like tat oso wanna come "sound" me..think think...

Moral of the story...each n every individual have their own concern n problems..we jus need to think in ppl's shoe..so after being piss off for one and a half day..i am finally feeling better...hopefully they do as well..and hopefully the "painful" curse i had "put" on them would be null-ed by god as i dont wish them ill...hope everyone hav a better and happier life...

phew...Such a relieve getting to know tat i passed my abnormal paper...mum, sis and the lousy wei kit said wasted all the tears wa...u all wan me cry pun after result out issit..?wan me fail issit?gals sure cry 1 mah when sad..aijyo..

really gotta thanks to my 'kuan yi kor'...he heards my prayers..haha...i prayed hard...looks hard- on the brighter side....and i pass oh..hahahahahahaha..

in fact, i hv repeatedly open ucsi webpage to look at the result in order to ensure tat i really pass...hehe...wu liao hor?but ppl wanna make sure really not dreaming...so after this..no more JAMES class...

high school Frens gathering~

its been quite sometimes since we went for outing together...i guess the nearest wud be the day when we sent mama (peggy) off to liverpool....tat pun oni me, livon, jasmine and my tak kaitan sis yang kena drag to become driver..haha...

last saturday, after my shabu shabu wif ying ying koo and sis at cineleisure ...and short short shopping spree...the seven sisters gang of mine..we went for sushi buffet at centrepoint..the food ok ok ni la..but wat can we expect with the cheaper price tat it offers apart from saisaki or such...

as i realize i cud not manage to eat up to the amount of money nid to be paid...so i took an easy way (i suppose)..haha...i started to gulp in green tea..we made the usual assumption tat each glass of green tea would cost me rm 1.50..haha...but oni managed to drink 4- 6 like tat nia...haih....

later at nite went pancing udang oh...sumwhere at hulu langat..xiao hua brought us there...he is very good on it..my sifu...he and yvonne got to pancing..whenever he gv me the pemancing..aih..end up tak dpt udang..so down...cannot make it to pancing gold turtle...cannot pancing udang pun..so satpai.... T_T

however, it was a wonderful nite ler...for all the aunties aunties (us) plus the xiao hua and xiao yuet (i think) spent sometimes after so long of din c each other...hohoho

Shopping spreeee..~

wahahahahahaha...after a month of staying at home bertapa...today me n my 'dear dear' went for kai kai...initially, we walked walked walked and walked..however, did not manage to get ourselves anything...kaki hampir patah..so we went for a tea during our 'half match'...

regain our energy, especially me after having my coke..haha....start to chee sin-ly buy things lo....and guess wat..i got my self a pair of heels....n is kinda chap as compared to those that i saw earlier..wahahahahaha..but kena sound by mum ler..cos she say i have berlambak of shoes at home...n yet she does not see me wearing them after 1s or twice... -_-"

then sum1 called...n i got sounded...ppl ask...'huh, u go shopping again ah?bought what liao?then asked what color i bought- assuming i bought all black again..n ask wat else i m going for after my dinner..so i say jeans lo...n he smart smart say..then means skirt oso lo'....i found it quite funny though for my fren in reacting in such a way..as i gv the impression tat i always shop n buy..hahaha...n sound so ah ma.... >_<

College-mates Gathering

Dint know my sis sooo many things to write de lerr....She oh si ng chut also can write..Haha...Anyway, as my title goes..I had a small gathering with some of my collegemates the other day...Havent seen them for ages...It was great to finally meet up..In fact, I got to talk to some of them for the 1st time!!!...I think..And they started talkin bout some guy in my class ...Whom I couldnt recall off..No matter how hard they try to decribe him...Guess my memory isnt that good afterall..Got to know most of them who took engineering course are either in banking or consultancy now....

Moral of the story ; There is always something for you...Time will tell where u will be..So for those of you who are unsure of your future..rest assure ..no worries

Babysitting~

Wuwuwu...So so the tiring babysit small kidss...Though not much hard work, as they can walk and can talk..yet they are still kids...

i began to feel i m not into housewife as my first option in the list of future career..haha...when the kids got home from school...i've gotta go pick each of them as its raining...wuwuuwuwu..my legs got all wet...so mengelikan...and i look so 'lou mong'...plus my wonderful pet bro never intend to give a help..wuwuwuwuwuwu...

then i gota bathe the youngest one, cos he duno how to mandi yet...i membasahkan my ownself upon get him all done...phew~...subsequent to that, i ve gotta make him milk milk...anyhow..he taught me how to make...haha...in fact he said nice leh...(i hope it does taste good ler)...but he convinced me with words..keep say nice ..very nice..hahahaha..

then came back my second big baby (my brother)...tat 1 nothing much ler..as usual..i like 'put foo' like tat...ask him go take bath...eat...n do his homework lor...in fact he helped me alot by shouting at the little one n etc...yah...my bro did helped me in derma rm 1 for my pet bro duno who whom nid money for some duno wat operations...

i guess about an hour or more...mum called..said the young one need to oi oi lo...so i sent him to buaian...he said wan milk oh...in fact he baru telan a bottle of milk i made..nvm lo..since he said so i mah go make lo...sometimes after he pengsan...we heard 'tik tik tik' sound...he terkencing...hmmph...i got nag by the granny..say drink so much milk..nvr go pee b4 sleep sure pee lo...then my mum called..i told her about the terkencing incident..she asked me y nvr ask him to pee b4 sleep..i instantly say..i forgot..haha..cos before i sleep din purposely go pee wan..wahahahahaha

then my 3rd monkey came back le lo...after mandi..mah ask him eat porridege lo....ate edi suppose wat the sifu (pet mum) instructed was to make him sleep...i have been asking him to sleep for abt an hour..he nvr even wanna layan me..run here and there..play this and dat...

the grAnny keep talk talk talk...telling me alot of things..said this person duno wat...said duno whose maid cant take care of duno whose kids..say the small boy whom pee-d..said my bro getting obess...haih...pls...God...allow my future husband to be well off that i nonid to live with a naggy lai lai...hahahaha..or perhaps...grant me a lai lai who is as nice as my another granny...

at last my pet mum came home...she masuk rumah jer..see the elder boy din sleep..she shout sekali..he good good sleep at sofa...kek sei ngo le la...kids nowadays..chee mat yeh...ppl dun shout they dun takut 1 mah...

i bEgan it with clearing up the chaotic of cds on top of the cupboard...really looks like lepas world war three...But cant blame...another miss chiang punya good work...in fact, what i did was i jus put in av single thing and put them in order..wahahaha...its not any better, but at least now it look like oni a war between a couple..not a war anymore..kakaka

clearing up the cds..i found some old old cds burned by sin lay to me...pictures...songs..and sites...brought me back to much of what we have went thru last time...Hmm...getting old huh? start in reflecting back on messess we made behind the class..jokes with Prem's gang...fighting with mun wai...complainns i made to teacher that mun wai hit me and kacau me..(in fact i just wanna make him get scolded)..haha...kinda miss the four ugly monster pun...

Then i found the gift shahrul gave during my birthday tat particular year...hahaha...to think of it..so so sweet...i pinched him and scolded him when i found out tat he bought sin lay and mei yen chocolates but not me...but in fact he got me gift that was wrapped nicely in a box..its something very biasa in fact, yet i still kept the empty chocolate box,card together with the only left kuntum of dried rose...most importantly the photo frame...kawaii oh...

Ended up, i did not pay much effort in cleaning edi loor.... >_<>

Haha...then i tot of my little panda..which my fren got me from his trip..i guess to spore or sumwhere...can talk wan oh....however, little panda kehabisan battery a day or two... T_T ...did not really get to enjoy the fun have..was thinking, if i were to change the battery now..will i still feel tat amazing jus like how i felt years back...however, its been years, perhaps a new battery put in might not get it talk...electronic thingy, after so long duno still work boh...wuwuwuwuwwuu
